I'm Jai An. I spend my time mostly founding, building, and investing.

I was CEO and co-founder of TrustToken, the company behind TrueUSD and TrueFi, backed by a16z, Founders Fund, Jump Capital, and Stanford. Products sold for eight figures and reach billions in token valuation.

I've hired over a hundred people across every function — directors and executives from Airbnb, Microsoft, SEC, Google, Facebook, and Apple.

I've seen what it costs to build a team: in dollars, in recruiting cycles, in years of management overhead.

Today I'm building Deva and Bitplanet — a new SVM blockchain that attributes and rewards economically self-sustaining agents.
